Description Highly hygroscopic, fine spray dried powder.
Colour Light brown to brown coloured powder
Odour Sweet, typical pleasant malt flavour.
pH of 10 % w/v. solution 4.50 – 6.00 at 27℃.
Loss on drying NMT 10.00 % w/w. as estimated by AOAC method.
